Unlock Pixel bootloader

This erases everything on the device. Required before installing the ROM.
- Enter Fastboot (Power + Vol Down) and plug in USB. Install the USB driver first.
- Run the unlock script in the ROM folder (
TODO: file name). - On the device, use the volume keys to select Unlock and press Power to confirm.
- The device reboots; the boot screen shows the bootloader as unlocked.
